42Jili Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Filipino Player

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 42Jili. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 42Jili platform at 42jili.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 42Jili (the operator).

42Jili operates as a licensed online gaming and sports betting platform serving eligible players in the Philippines. Our operations are conducted under a valid PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) licence, and all activities on the platform are subject to applicable Philippine law and regulation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the 42Jili platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after these terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with 42Jili, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 42Jili applies the Philippine legal minimum age for gambling participation strictly and without discretion.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during betting activities, except where explicitly permitted by applicable regulation.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of 42Jili, nor an immediate family member of such individuals.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 42Jili. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

42Jili is required under its PAGCOR licence and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify the identity of players — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's licence, or voter's ID).

• KYC verification may be requested at any time, not only at withdrawal.

• Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of request may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

42Jili supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱20 per transaction for e-wallet methods; ₱100 for bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 42Jili wallet immediately for GCash and Maya, and within 5–30 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours.
• 42Jili does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees (if any) are the responsibility of the player.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed to GCash and Maya within an average of five minutes from approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking day.
• Your withdrawal destination must match the verified identity on your 42Jili account.
• 42Jili reserves the right to apply processing times of up to 48 hours for manual review of withdrawals flagged by the system's automated risk checks.
• Bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

5. Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on 42Jili are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting, sabong, Color Game, casino games, and so on. The following general principles apply across all 42Jili betting products:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet confirmation ID is issued by the system. An "in progress" or "pending" status does not constitute a confirmed bet.
• 42Jili reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or odds that were clearly incorrectly priced due to system error.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time subject to availability. 42Jili may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

5.1 Disputed Results

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you may raise a dispute with 42Jili customer support within 48 hours of the official settlement time. Disputes raised after this window will not ordinarily be reviewed. 42Jili's decision on disputed bets is final once all available evidence has been reviewed.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

42Jili offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, and the general principles below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

• All deposit match bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. The default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, which is typically 7 to 30 calendar days from credit date.
• Bonus funds may only be wagered on eligible games and markets. Certain low-margin markets (such as Asian Handicap -0.25 markets) may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward bonus wagering. Real-money bets do not contribute unless you have elected to wager bonus funds first.

6.2 Abuse and Manipulation

42Jili has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to exploit promotional mechanics without genuine gaming intent, and coordinated play between accounts to generate artificial wagering volume. Any account found to have abused promotional terms will have its bonus, associated winnings, and potentially its entire balance forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 42Jili platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Attempting to access the platform using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools not authorised by 42Jili.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, accepting third-party funds for betting, or operating an unlicensed sub-agency arrangement through your account.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Exploiting identified technical bugs, glitches, or pricing errors rather than reporting them to 42Jili support.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available and that would constitute an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other service to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your actual location.
• Creating an account while subject to a self-exclusion order from 42Jili or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

42Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Account identified as a duplicate of an existing 42Jili account.
• Player is found to be ineligible under the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring the account to be frozen or closed.

Where an account is closed due to the player's own breach of these Terms, 42Jili may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the closure is initiated by the player with no outstanding breach, the full verified balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 working days.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@42jili.net. Accounts used for self-exclusion purposes may be closed permanently or for a specified period. 42Jili will honour all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 42Jili platform — including the 42Jili brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, odds data, live streaming content, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 42Jili or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 42Jili content without prior written authorisation.
• Screen-recording, capturing, or distributing 42Jili live streaming content (including sabong and live casino streams) is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorised use of the 42Jili brand, logo, or platform materials may result in legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

42Jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on 42Jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the sharing of data with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies where required by law or regulation — particularly in connection with anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

• 42Jili does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming Obligations

42Jili is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge your own responsibility to participate in gaming activities within your means and to use the responsible gaming tools available to you.

42Jili provides deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. These are accessible through your account dashboard at any time. 42Jili may also apply responsible gaming measures proactively where player behaviour patterns suggest potential harm — including temporary account restrictions or mandatory contact from our player welfare team.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the elected duration.
• 42Jili will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during any exclusion period.
• Players showing signs of problem gambling behaviour may be referred to Philippine addiction support services, including the NCMH gambling helpline.

12. Limitation of Liability

42Jili provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime, accuracy, and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that all data — including odds, game results, and streaming feeds — will be error-free.

• 42Jili's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding specific bet settlements, shall first be submitted to 42Jili's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@42jili.net.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute may be escalated to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the applicable regulatory authority. Disputes not resolved through these processes may be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts, with the parties submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.

14. Amendments to These Terms

42Jili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the 42Jili platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
